1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of the delivery address.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment and order confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During sales, promotions, festive periods or other high-demand periods, dispatch may take additional time.

3. Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to our designated delivery partner. Estimated delivery timeline is 7-10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You will receive relevant shipping or tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at the time of placing an order. Solah Kali will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, Solah Kali is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, incorrect address details or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or other relevant details so that we can assist you.

8. International Shipping

At present, Solah Kali ships within India only. International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be subject to applicable terms and charges.
